Job summary

Intertec Softwares Pvt Ltd is seeking a GRC Delivery Manager to lead the planning, execution, and governance of GRC projects across client accounts. You will guide strategy, collaborate with executives, IT, and compliance teams to deliver compliant, high-quality solutions.

The role requires deep knowledge of GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT) and platforms (RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC, CAMMS, Riskonnect), with a focus on delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in information security, risk management, business administration or related field.
• 1220 years of total experience with at least 710 years in GRC implementation and leadership.
• Proven track record delivering GRC solutions across sectors using Archer, CAMMS, Riskonnect or MetricStream.
• Expertise in ISO 27001, ISO 31000, COBIT, NIST, SOX, PCI-DSS or similar frameworks.
• Strong IT and cybersecurity controls, audit processes and compliance knowledge.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and governance of GRC projects and programs.
• Oversee design and configuration of GRC platforms (RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC).
• Manage budgets timelines staffing and risk mitigation plans.
• Mentor a team of GRC consultants and project managers.
• Engage senior clients and drive account growth through upsell opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with SOX HIPAA GDPR ISO 27001 and other standards.
