Job summary

Connbridge Real Estate in Dubai seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to craft high-end visuals for digital and print, ensuring a premium brand experience across all channels. You will develop marketing collateral, social assets, brochures, and campaigns while upholding brand standards.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to translate strategy into compelling visuals, mentor junior designers, and stay ahead of luxury design trends in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Demonstrated experience in Logo Design and Branding, with the ability to build and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Advanced knowledge of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability across digital and print formats.
• Expert-level skills with industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or similar).
• Proven portfolio showcasing high-end, professional design work, ideally within luxury, real estate, or related industries.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
• Experience in digital marketing design is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles, motion graphics, or photography is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-quality visual concepts and designs that support the Connbridge Real Estate brand across digital and print.
• Create marketing collateral, social media assets, property brochures, presentations, and campaigns aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to translate goals into compelling visuals and maintain brand consistency.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery and provide creative direction when needed.
• Mentor junior designers and stay current with luxury real estate design trends.
