Epoch Aerosols Industries LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead high-quality visuals for products and marketing campaigns. The role emphasizes 3D product visualization, rendering, and catalogue design to elevate our brand across digital and print channels.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to deliver compelling visuals, develop perfume- and lifestyle-focused visuals, and ensure consistency with brand guidelines while handling multiple projects to tight

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer with strong expertise in graphic design, 3D product visualization, product rendering and catalogue design to develop high quality creative assets for the company's products and marketing activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Graphic Design & Creative Development: Develop high quality creative concepts and visual designs for products, campaigns and marketing activities.
• Create designs for digital and print marketing materials, including social media creatives, advertisements, brochures, posters and promotional materials.
• Develop visually appealing layouts while maintaining consistent brand identity and guidelines.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to understand creative requirements and translate ideas into effective visual concepts.
• Develop creative concepts for new product launches, promotional campaigns and brand communication.
• 3D Design & Product Visualization: Create high quality 3D product models, renders, mockups and visualizations.
• Develop realistic product presentations with appropriate lighting, materials, textures, composition and backgrounds.
• Create 3D visuals for perfume bottles, packaging, lifestyle products and other consumer products.
• Produce product visuals suitable for catalogues, advertising, social media, e-commerce and other marketing platforms.
• Modify and enhance existing 3D models and product visuals based on campaign requirements.
• Ensure final 3D outputs meet required quality, resolution and brand standards.
• Catalogue & Product Presentation: Design professional product catalogues, brochures, lookbooks and product presentations.
• Develop catalogue layouts covering product images, descriptions, specifications and other relevant information.
• Ensure consistency in typography, colours, imagery, spacing and overall visual presentation.
• Prepare artwork for both digital and print production.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to collect product information, images and other required content.
• Ensure catalogues and marketing materials are completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Product Retouching & Creative Production: Perform professional photo editing, image manipulation and product retouching.
• Enhance product images and create premium product compositions.
• Remove backgrounds, adjust lighting, colours, shadows and other visual elements as required.
• Combine photography and 3D renders to create high-quality marketing visuals.
• Prepare final artwork in appropriate formats for digital, social media, print and other applications.
• Design Coordination & Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Sales and Management teams regarding design requirements.
• Review design briefs and clarify requirements before starting projects.
• Maintain organized files, source artwork, design assets and final artwork.
• Ensure all final designs are checked for accuracy before release.
• Manage revisions and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Market & Design Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on current graphic design, 3D visualization, product presentation and lifestyle branding trends.
• Research competitor branding, product presentation and creative campaigns.
• Identify new creative approaches and techniques that can improve product presentation.
• Stay updated with new design tools, technologies and industry practices.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in a senior graphic designer role.
• Strong hands on experience in 3D design, product visualization and rendering.
• Proven experience in designing product catalogues, brochures and commercial marketing materials.
• Experience working with perfume, fragrance, beauty, fashion, luxury or lifestyle products is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of current AI powered design and creative tools for image generation, product visualization, image enhancement, retouching, concept development and creative production.
• Ability to effectively use AI tools to improve design workflow, generate creative concepts, develop visual references, enhance product imagery and accelerate production, while maintaining professional design quality.
• Ability to develop creative concepts independently from brief to final artwork.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.
• Candidates with a strong portfolio specifically covering perfume, fragrance, beauty or lifestyle products will be preferred.
• Candidates with strong 3D product visualization experience and proven experience working with perfume, fragrance and lifestyle products may command a higher package within the approved salary range.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate: Umm al-Quwain: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
