Role Description

The Senior Graphic Designer role at Careerly Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in Sharjah. The Senior Graphic Designer will create and refine visual assets for CVs, personal branding materials, social media content, and marketing campaigns, ensuring all designs are cohesive, professional, and aligned with brand guidelines. Daily tasks include developing design concepts, producing layouts, selecting typography, and creating logos and visual systems that support clients’ professional narratives. The person in this role will collaborate with writers and branding specialists, manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery, and maintain quality and consistency across all client-facing materials. The Senior Graphic Designer will also provide art direction, mentor junior designers, and contribute to the evolution of Careerly Studio’s visual identity.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating professional, polished work across print and digital formats.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including the ability to create visual identities that support clear, consistent personal and corporate brands.
• Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to choose and apply typefaces that enhance readability and convey the right tone for professional documents and profiles.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent) and familiarity with layout design for resumes, presentations, and social media.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic messaging into effective visual concepts, with strong attention to detail and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and manage multiple deadlines.
• Several years of professional experience in graphic design; experience in personal branding, recruitment marketing, or career services is an advantage.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
