Job summary

Schlumberger Limited in Dubai is seeking an experienced Architect/Architectural Engineer to support early-stage planning, feasibility, and design development for diverse facilities globally.

You will collaborate with internal users, engineering teams, and external consultants to translate operational requirements into practical, safe, and efficient facility designs, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Building Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in complex facilities (industrial, manufacturing, labs, offices).
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; experience with Rhino and 3D modeling is a plus.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, space planning, construction documentation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop feasibility studies, space plans, conceptual designs, layouts for new facilities, expansions, renovations.
• Lead user-requirement workshops and design reviews translating requirements into design solutions.
• Read and apply SLB design standards, specifications, blueprints, and technical requirements.
• Review drawings and provide technically grounded design comments.
• Coordinate design with civil, structural, MEP, IT/networking, security, HSE, fire/life-safety to meet objectives.
• Prepare drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentations for design concepts and decision-making.
• Support projects through design development and provide input during later stages.
