Job summary

Binance is seeking a Senior Global Events Manager to lead flagship conferences, executive summits and immersive experiences worldwide. You will partner with the Global Events Lead to plan, activate and optimize event programmes, managing multiple projects concurrently with global teams.

The role requires exceptional project management, stakeholder management and a hands-on approach to execution in a fast-moving environment. Travel around 30% is expected to support a diverse events calendar.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional event management experience, preferably international conferences or large-scale events.
• Proven experience delivering complex events with multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage several high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and proactive in identifying solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Events Lead in delivering flagship events and strategic global initiatives.
• Independently lead smaller global programmes and executive experiences from concept through execution.
• Manage end-to-end event planning including budgeting, timelines, production, venues and logistics.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects across different regions with strong execution quality.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Security, Legal, Procurement, Finance and regional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Coordinate with external agencies, venues, suppliers and production partners to deliver world-class experiences.
• Identify process improvements and scalable solutions for operational efficiency across the portfolio.
• Support or lead webinar and virtual event formats as required.
