Job summary

Ramboll seeks a senior Geostructural engineer to lead geostructures advice and design within a multi-disciplinary project team in Dubai. You will oversee analysis delivery, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to business development for regional and overseas projects.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, delivery of innovative ground engineering solutions, and collaboration with international teams. English communication is essential, with Danish or German beneficial.

Qualifications

• BEng degree with geotechnical content.
• Masters in geotechnical field would be beneficial but can be replaced by 15+ years of experience.
• Proven ability to guide and supervise complex analyses and designs.
• Experience in rock/geoseismic engineering would be a benefit.
• Strong written and spoken English; Danish or German helpful.
• Experience with commercial controls to deliver work aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead geostructures advice and design within multidisciplinary teams.
• Supervise planning and delivery of geostructures analysis.
• Mentor and develop less experienced engineers.
• Contribute to R&D for sustainable ground engineering solutions.
• Support bidding for new projects and contracts.
• Assist in building the Geostructures business in the region and overseas.
