Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services supports a Dubai-based travel company with over 20 years of experience delivering exceptional holidays worldwide. The Senior Accountant will own end-to-end accounting, focusing on AR and AP, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or high-volume online transactions, plus strong Odoo/ERP/CRM skills and VAT knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field with 3-5+ years hands-on accounting experience.
• Experience in e-commerce or high-volume online transactions preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo/ERP/CRM or similar systems; ability to extract reports.
• Strong AR/AP, reconciliations, VAT, Excel accuracy for large volumes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting with ownership of AR and AP.
• Handle and reconcile high-volume online transactions and related records.
• Perform reconciliations (bank, customer, supplier, system) and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end/year-end closing, journal entries, VAT docs, and reporting.
