Job summary

Laine Neural Network SA is seeking a Senior/Principal Fullstack Software Engineer to design, build, and scale an AI-assisted legal drafting platform. The role combines frontend and backend ownership across a modern TypeScript stack, with a strong product mindset and focus on secure, scalable delivery.

Based in Dubai with hybrid work and visa support, relocation is required. You will ship end-to-end features from React/Next.js frontend to Node.js backend and integrate AI services to power

Qualifications

• Product-minded engineer with track record shipping production systems.
• Experience with TypeScript across the stack (Node/React/Next.js).
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLMs into production workflows.
• Strong API design and database modelling (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP).
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a hybrid environment.
• Fluent in using AI as core to development workflow.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Take fullstack ownership of features from React frontend to Node.js backend.
• Integrate LLMs and AI services into core features.
• Improve performance, scalability, observability, and security of the platform.
• Write clean, well-tested code; contribute to design docs; lead code reviews.
• Collaborate with product and design to understand the why behind features.
