Job summary

JD We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team in Dubai and contribute to the design development and evolution of scalable secure and high-performance software solutions The role is primarily focused on C NET backend development combined with strong full-stack capabilities and an interest in modern cloud-native technologies The successful candidate will be expected to work with a high degree of technical autonomy contribute to technical design decisions and bring a critical mindset to ensure that solutions are robust scalable maintainable and fit for purpose The technology environment is also evolving genuine appetite to learn and work with Java and Quarkus is an important part of the profile

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain full-stack applications with a strong focus on backend development
• Develop scalable and maintainable services using C and NET NET Core
• Develop and integrate modern web front-end components
• Design and implement REST APIs and microservices
• Contribute to reactive and event-driven architectures
• Implement asynchronous communication and Publish Subscribe mechanisms particularly using NATS
• Develop solutions designed for horizontal scalability in cloud environments
• Deploy and operate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Contribute to technical design and architecture discussions
• Analyse technical alternatives and challenge proposed solutions when appropriate
• Ensure appropriate data access and persistence strategies with a strong understanding of ORM principles
• Participate in code reviews and promote software engineering best practices
• Work closely with QA DevOps Product and other engineering teams
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices tools and processes

Required Technical Skills
