Finclutech Ltd is seeking a seasoned fullstack engineer to design, build, and ship features across the stack, from backend services to customer-facing interfaces. You will own features end-to-end, write clean, well-tested code, and ensure reliability as platforms scale in regulated markets.

You'll work with Java or Python for backend services, React for frontend, and interact with MySQL/PostgreSQL databases, payment partners, and internal services, contributing to a high-availability fintech

Formación

• 6+ years building and shipping production web applications as a fullstack developer or a strong backend with frontend experience.
• BSc in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong backend experience in Java or Python with RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Solid frontend experience with React (TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices.
• Experience with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes-based deployment.
• Excellent written and spoken English for cross-team collaboration.
• Experience in fintech/payments or regulated high-availability domains.
• Familiarity with Temporal or similar workflow engines and Kafka.
• Awareness of secure handling of sensitive data.

Responsabilidades

• Build features end-to-end across backend and frontend.
• Develop backend services in Java or Python with REST APIs.
• Build user interfaces in React with focus on usability and performance.
• Query data across MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL with efficient SQL.
• Integrate with payment partners and internal services with reliable retries.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and fix issues using Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK.
