Job summary

ApplyMint is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our client's dynamic team in Malaysia. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications across the full stack, leveraging modern technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will influence technical decisions, mentor junior engineers, and stay ahead of industry trends to continually improve software practices in a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a full stack engineer with a solid track record of delivering scalable applications.
• Deep understanding of software architecture design patterns and best coding practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience mentoring team members, leading technical discussions and guiding architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain robust and scalable software applications across front-end and back-end layers.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX UI designers and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability and scalability through best practices, automated testing and code reviews.
• Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks and industry trends to continuously improve software practices.
