Job summary

Xploon is seeking a skilled full-stack developer to build and scale the core platform in Dubai. You will work across backend Laravel services and modern front-end interfaces using Vue.js or React, focusing on performance and scalable architecture.

Collaborate with product and design teams to implement features, participate in code reviews, and help raise development standards while mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications
