Job summary

Inception42, a G42 company in Abu Dhabi, seeks a Senior Frontend Engineer to design, develop, and optimize web applications focusing on user experience, performance, and scalability. You will work with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and design systems, mentoring others and shaping frontend architecture.

The role covers API integration, SSR/SSG, automated testing, and collaboration with design and backend teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years frontend development with strong React.js/Next.js experience.
• Experience with enterprise web apps, design systems, frontend architecture, and SSR/SSG.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable frontend applications; build reusable component libraries; develop interactive user experiences; integrate with APIs and event-driven platforms.
• Define frontend architecture standards; build and maintain design systems; drive consistency and best practices.
• Optimize performance and ensure accessibility and security; define testing strategies.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers; participate in technical planning and estimation.
