Job summary

Fisher Human Resource Consultancy in Dubai is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer with deep expertise in React and Vue.js to modernize and scale enterprise applications. You will build dashboards, forms, and data-driven interfaces, converting UX designs into responsive production-ready code.

You will collaborate with UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and backend teams to ensure accessibility, performance, and secure data handling across desktop, tablet, and mobile environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional front-end development experience, preferably in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with both React and Vue.js.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with government, correspondence management, workflow, case management, or other enterprise platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain front-end applications using React, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Build business workflows, dashboards, forms, search, and data-driven interfaces.
• Modernize existing interfaces to improve usability, accessibility, consistency, and user experience.
• Convert Figma and UI/UX designs into responsive, production-ready interfaces.
• Build reusable components and contribute to a consistent front-end design system.
• Develop responsive applications for desktop, tablet, and mobile environments.
• Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs, backend services, authentication mechanisms, and third-party systems.
• Implement validation, error handling, loading states, secure data handling, and user feedback.
• Optimize application performance for enterprise-scale usage and large datasets.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and front-end quality.
• Troubleshoot issues and participate in code reviews; support deployments and post-release validation.
