Job summary

Symbiotic in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Frontend Engineer who will build and scale cutting-edge onchain finance interfaces. You will translate Figma designs into performant, accessible components, architect robust frontend systems, and collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to deliver high-impact features.

You are a strong communicator with deep React/TypeScript expertise, CSS mastery, and experience with Next.js, Vite, Chakra UI, and modern testing.

Qualifications

• Expert in modern React and TypeScript.
• Production experience with Next.js, Vite, and monorepos.
• Deep understanding of state management (server state with TanStack Query, client state with Zustand).
• Strong CSS and responsive design; Chakra UI experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in frontend development across all phases: requirements, architecture, design, implementation, testing, delivery.
• Build responsive, accessible UIs from Figma designs.
• Prototype interfaces for mvps and maintain reusable components in Storybook.
• Integrate new features and blockchain/wallet interactions into the app.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (Vitest, Playwright).
