Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a fragrance specialist to elevate guest experiences, guide customers on premium products, and craft personalized scent journeys in a luxury retail setting.

You will demonstrate brand benefits, maintain merchandising standards, and contribute to sales growth while ensuring exceptional service and loyalty across our fragrance brands.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in fragrance; strong understanding of fragrance families, ingredients, layering, and client consultation.
• Strong knowledge of luxury retail standards and premium customer service.
• Passion for fragrance storytelling and creating personalized scent journeys for clients.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to drive loyalty.
• Address customer queries on products, prices, availability and services.
• Advise customers on product ranges and best suited to their needs.
• Demonstrate usage and benefits of brands and products.
• Generate sales and meet line and sales targets.
• Ensure stock replenishment and merchandising per brand guidelines.
• Report stock shortages and generate daily sell-out reports.

Build and maintain guest experience standards in order to build strong loyaltyAddress customers queries about products prices availability product uses and servicesCommunicate with customers to assess their needs provide assistance in satisfying those needs and meeting or surpassing customers expectationsAdvise customers on product ranges best suited to their needsDemonstrate usage and benefits of various brands and productsGenerate sales while achieving line and sales targets using make up knowledgeSell-out target tracking at store levelGenerate daily sales reportsParticipate in achieving incentivesTrack post-launch sales at store levelEnsure merchandising levels in the store are met as per the brand guidelinesEnsure in store stock replenishment in the appropriate shelves counters at appropriate timesReport stock shortages using the stock order formEnsure stock receipt as per set procedures

What you ll need to succeed
