Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in strategic foresight, futures studies, public policy, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience (5+ years with a Bachelor’s) in a relevant role.

Responsibilities

• Support the application of the Future Foresight Framework across corporate planning cycles.
• Maintain alignment between foresight outputs and strategic plans and city initiatives.
• Coordinate KPI reviews to ensure adherence to DGEP and Future Readiness Index requirements.
• Prepare foresight briefs and trend summaries for internal departments and agencies.
