Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Senior FLEXCUBE Specialist to lead implementation, configuration, and enhancement of core banking solutions across major digital transformation projects. You will work on FCUBS versions 11.x to 14.x, coordinate with business, functional, and technology teams, and ensure SDLC compliance and robust documentation.

The role is full-time on-site in Dubai. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in FLEXCUBE and proven track record in core banking, GL, Loans, and Trade

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FLEXCUBE experience.
• Hands-on FCUBS V11.x–V14.x experience.
• Experience in core banking implementation as Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and implementation lifecycle.
• Domain knowledge across GL, Loans, Payments, Teller, Trade Finance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into FLEXCUBE solutions.
• Lead FLEXCUBE product design, customization, implementation, and support.
• Work extensively on FCUBS versions 11.x to 14.x for configuration, workflows, and enhancements.
• Participate in core banking upgrades and digital core transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technology teams to validate requirements.
• Ensure alignment with SDLC processes, quality standards, and documentation needs.
• Support integration activities using APIs, REST APIs, microservices, and related technologies.
• Perform solution testing, validation, and troubleshooting using manual test methods where necessary.
• Provide subject matter expertise across core banking modules including GL, Loans, Teller, Payments, and Trade Finance.

Ideal Profile

• Prior experience in core banking implementation as Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Strong understanding of SDLC frameworks and implementation lifecycles
• Deep domain knowledge across core banking operations including General Ledger, Loans, Payments, Teller operations, and Trade Finance
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Exposure to manual testing of banking applications is an advantage
• Experience with digital core transformation projects is a plus
