Qualifications

• Over 4 years’ experience as a Foreman, with at least 3 years in a Fitout company.
• First Aider certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and team performance.
• Ensure proper use of tools, PPE, and safety compliance.
• Plan tasks and allocate resources efficiently.
• Review drawings and guide site teams accordingly.
• Monitor material use and minimize waste.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve minor issues.
• Report progress and escalate major concerns.
• Train and support new team members.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a safe work environment.

Skills

Fitout trades (marble, wood, glazing, painting, etc.)

Strong communication with workers and managers

Proactive, reliable, and independent

Good leadership, planning, and motivational skills
