Qualifications
- Minimum 47 years of relevant experience in fire alarm systems.
- Knowledge of fire alarm programming and troubleshooting.
- UAE Driving License (preferred).
- Civil Defense Card.
Responsibilities
- Supervise monitor and coordinate all fire alarm installation testing and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Fire & Life Safety Code NFPA standards and Civil Defense requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and verify the quality of fire alarm system installations.
- Lead a team of technicians and allocate daily tasks for smooth project execution.
- Prepare reports checklists and documentation for inspection and approvals.
- Coordinate with contractors consultants and Civil Defense for approvals and inspections.
- Troubleshoot fire alarm systems control panels detectors and addressable devices.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed on site.
- Support in preparing material submittals method statements and as-built drawings.
Skills
Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems (conventional & addressable)
Hands-on experience with major fire alarm brands (Notifier, Siemens, Honeywell, Morley)
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Education
Diploma / ITI in Electrical / Electronics (or equivalent)
