Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking a Senior Account Manager Fine Fragrance to lead premier client relationships in Dubai and the broader Middle East. You will drive growth, develop tailored fragrance proposals, and manage end-to-end sales from brief to commercialization.

The role requires a minimum of five years in international sales, strong communication, and the ability to build strategic partnerships with world-renowned brands. An on-site Dubai position with global exposure and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of international sales/distribution experience.
• Proven experience in Sales and Distribution.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships across key fine fragrance accounts in the Middle East to drive growth and satisfaction.
• Drive sales by identifying opportunities, developing fragrance proposals, and meeting revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new high-potential Fine Fragrance customers to expand market presence.
• Develop knowledge of offerings, pricing, and policies to improve proposals and pricing.
• Forecast, monitor and analyze sales performance for accurate pipeline management.
• Collaborate with Perfumers, Evaluation, Marketing and technical teams to translate briefs into solutions.
