Qualifications

• Experience in cross-asset strategy, investment solutions or derivatives structuring within a leading institution.
• Experience developing portfolio hedging and tail-risk strategies in an institutional setting.
• Demonstrated ability to generate actionable investment ideas and develop independent market views across global markets (FX, rates, commodities, equities).
• Ability to translate market views into portfolio, investment, funding and hedging recommendations with clear risk-reward rationale.
• Experience identifying cross-market opportunities and structuring financial solutions using forwards, swaps, options and other derivatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop independent market views and actionable investment ideas across macro themes and financial risks (FX, rates, commodities, equities).
• Design and implement strategies for approved investment ideas, portfolio recommendations and financial risk solutions.
• Contribute to development and execution of financial risk solutions strategy aligned with risk appetite.
• Establish relationships with treasury leadership and investment teams to provide market perspectives and tailored solutions.
• Prepare concise market views and investment proposals for treasury leadership and senior management, outlining thesis, outcomes, risks, and implementation approach.
