Job summary

Al Boom Marine is seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager to oversee FP&A, accounting, taxation, and VAT compliance across GCC channels. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification mandatory; MBA in Finance an advantage.
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Retail sector experience across multi-store, multi-channel or franchise environments preferred.
• GCC/MENA region experience desirable with strong VAT/tax understanding.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics), advanced Excel and financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across all channels.
• Provide actionable insights on performance, variance analysis, and key drivers.
• Partner with business heads to support strategic decisions and profitability.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and financial models.

The Senior Finance Manager will lead the finance function across Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce channels, with responsibility for financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, taxation, and VAT compliance across the GCC region.
