Achieve Test Prep is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant in Dubai to manage overhead cost accounting, financial closing, and intercompany transactions for a global energy trading organization.

Qualifications

• Solid accounting experience within energy trading, commodities, or similarly complex business environments.
• Strong knowledge of financial closing processes and intercompany accounting.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general and administrative expense accounting, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial records.
• Manage overhead cost postings, accruals, and expense allocations in line with internal controls.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities within defined reporting timelines.
• Prepare variance analysis, management reports, and financial performance summaries.
• Handle intercompany recharge processes and reconciliation of related balances.
