Job Summary
The Senior Finance Manager will lead capital structuring, financing strategy, and investment evaluation across the organization. The role focuses on optimizing funding structures, managing financial risk, and supporting strategic financial decision‑making at the group level.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate investment proposals and conduct feasibility studies to support strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement capital structuring and financing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Identify and assess financing opportunities in international financial markets.
- Lead debt structuring, refinancing, and funding initiatives across group entities.
- Provide advisory support to CFOs and senior management on financial strategy and funding decisions.
- Support maintenance of corporate credit rating and manage relationships with rating agencies.
- Develop financial models and economic evaluations for investment and project funding.
- Monitor long‑term funding requirements and prepare financial commitment schedules.
- Coordinate balance sheet analysis and recommend financing plans based on financial performance.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investment initiatives.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and external advisors.
- Oversee preparation of financing documentation, proposals, and reports.
- Participate in audit and finance committee activities to ensure financial compliance and reporting accuracy.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in financing, capital structuring, or corporate finance roles.
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, investment analysis, and debt structuring.
- Experience with international financing markets and capital management strategies.
- Knowledge of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and financial advisory practices.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex financial projects and stakeholder relationships.
