Job summary

Global Software Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Senior Product Engineer - Finacle Scripting & Oracle with 10+ years in Finacle core banking tech. The role focuses on Finacle scripting, customization, Oracle PL/SQL development, and seamless integration across CASA, TD, loans, and related modules.

You will lead end-to-end solution design, participate in workshops, and ensure robust production support, with strong stakeholder collaboration and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Finacle/core banking technology.
• Strong hands-on experience in Finacle Scripting.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Database and PL/SQL.
• Experience in Finacle customization and configuration.
• Knowledge of Finacle architecture and core banking processes.
• Experience with API/integration development and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical and functional solutioning for Finacle-based banking applications.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Perform gap analysis and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Configure and customize Finacle modules based on business requirements.
• Participate in solution design, documentation, estimation, and delivery planning.
• Develop and maintain custom solutions using Finacle Scripting.
• Design and implement Finacle customizations, menus, validations, workflows and business rules.
• Analyze existing Finacle functionality and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Troubleshoot complex application and scripting issues across Finacle environments.
• Ensure customizations follow development standards and banking best practices.
• Develop Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and queries.
• Perform database-level troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Work with API/integration development and troubleshooting.
• Support batch jobs scheduling and monitoring.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support for Finacle applications.
