Job summary

ADNOC Distribution in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Operations Excellence lead to identify improvement opportunities, design changes to processes, and deliver training on operations, safety, and quality control.

You will lead lean/process improvement workshops, coordinate with sites, and drive the continuous improvement program across the company.

Minimum requirements include a BEng, 8+ years in a continuous improvement role in oil and gas retail, and PMP or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
At least 8 years of experience in continuous improvement.
PMP or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the provision of awareness sessions on Operations excellence and internal controls.
Lead the identification and setting standards of Operational excellence to maximise safe and reliable performance.
Lead the assessment of Operations performance against standards to provide confidence on status.
Present business process optimization opportunities and underlying business cases to management and executives.
Coordinate with sites and divisions for OE communications and audits.
Lead and facilitate lean/workshops to drive ideas and solutions.
Develop and implement a best-in-class continuous improvement strategy.
