Senior Field Civil Engineer - Site & QA Lead

Job description

• Lead and coordinate all civil and structural engineering activities at the Field Engineering Office.
• Review IFC drawings and specifications; provide clarification to construction teams.
• Address and resolve site queries (SQs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Field Change Requests (FCRs).
• Liaise with home office design teams for technical support and design clarifications.
• Ensure civil works comply with project drawings, international codes (e.g., ACI, ASTM, BS), and client specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and support quality control activities with QA/QC teams.
• Monitor construction progress and support the resolution of technical issues affecting schedule or safety.
• Participate in constructability reviews and provide value engineering recommendations where appropriate.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, structural, etc.) to resolve interface issues.
• Support handover activities, including as-built documentation and punch list closeout.
