Job summary

KEOLIS Dubai is seeking a Lead Fault Controller to manage fault control operations 24/7, oversee Fault Controllers and First Line Response Techs, and drive RCM improvements. The role requires strong leadership, capability in MMS, and performance reporting.

You will coordinate with the OCC and technical teams, maintain readiness of diagnostic systems, and ensure safety and quality standards across the fault management function.

Qualifications

• Engineering background required with leadership experience in fault management.
• Experience delivering supervisory or managerial capability in critical control centres.
• Proficient in data collection, reporting, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise fault management operations, including shift coverage and team allocation.
• Coordinate live fault response with OCC and field teams to minimize service disruption.
• Develop and implement fault management strategies and RCM improvements with data-driven insights.
• Ensure MMS diagnostics, logs, and reporting are accurate and timely.
• Represent the function in meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
