Responsibilities

• Perform regular site inspections on the status of hard and specialist services.
• Organize preventive and reactive maintenance with service providers and ensure schedules are followed.
• Monitor and control specialist systems to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Plan and review day-to-day operational and maintenance activities for MEP systems to guarantee optimum performance.
• Investigate complaints and resolve issues with facilities management, landlords and tenants.
• Ensure operations follow safety practices under QHSE guidance.
• Prepare reports (monthly inspections, KPI reports, FM trackers) and document maintenance activities.
• Assist in procurement and in project implementation for the property.
• Identify training needs and maintain schedules for service quality.
