Job summary

EDGE seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Fabrication at ADASI to design, optimize, and implement fabrication layouts and processes for productivity gains in aerospace/ composites. You will plan production workflows, specify equipment needs, validate prototype processes, and monitor costs and KPIs in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related.
• 12+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience, preferably in aerospace/composites.
• Experience with composite part industrialization from engineering to production.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize fabrication layouts, workflows, and manufacturing processes to improve productivity, reduce waste, and control production costs.
• Validate prototype manufacturing processes, conduct time and motion studies, verify MBOMs, and ensure production readiness.
• Monitor production performance, labour productivity, equipment efficiency, and quality KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to implement process improvements, cost-reduction initiatives, and efficient serial production operations.
