Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years expediting experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Detailed knowledge of Materials and Document Expediting Practices.
• Previous use of ERP’s such as Maximo, Oracle, SAP.
• Broad knowledge of Suppliers in the Middle East region.

Responsibilities

• Establish priorities and assign workloads for the expediting team.
• Responsible for the Desk and Field Expediting of Project Purchase Orders.
• Updating system with the Expediting Status of Purchase Orders.
• Liaison with Field Expediting Suppliers for visits.
