• Minimum 10 years of experience in cost estimation for large-scale Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Proven expertise in EPC estimating methodologies including detailed quantity take-offs.
• Strong understanding of Oil & Gas project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of estimation teams.
• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates covering all project phases.
• Present cost summaries and proposals to senior management.
