M Tec Electro Mechanical LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Estimation & Cost Control Manager to lead and perform estimation, tendering, budgeting, and cost-control activities for MEP projects. The role requires managing tender inputs, price summaries, and cash flow projections while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure profitable project delivery.

The candidate will supervise estimation and cost-control engineers, prepare commercial documents, and provide strategic commercial support

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in MEP estimation, tendering, cost control, and commercial management within MEP contracting companies.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale MEP projects including high-rise towers, residential, commercial, and luxury developments.
• Strong expertise in tender strategy, cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and commercial risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimation, tendering, budgeting, and cost-control activities for MEP projects.
• Prepare detailed MEP estimates covering HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Firefighting, Electrical, ELV, BMS, and Testing & Commissioning works.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flows, and profitability; support variations, claims, and payment applications.
