Job summary

La Fosse is seeking an Enterprise Security Architect to shape the security architecture across SAP, cloud, AI, data and enterprise platforms. You will operate at enterprise level, influencing investment decisions and building the security architecture capability for the future.

The role focuses on owning the strategy, standards, governance and target-state roadmap, and working with senior technology and business leaders to embed security by design across major transformation programmes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an Enterprise Security Architect or Security Architect Lead.
• Experience defining and governing security architecture within large, complex or global organisations.
• Strong track record in enterprise transformation, cloud adoption and technology modernisation.
• Experience establishing security architecture frameworks, standards and governance models.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide decisions.
• SABSA, TOGAF, CISSP or equivalent certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Group’s Enterprise Security Architecture strategy and roadmap.
• Establish security architecture standards, patterns and reference architectures.
• Lead security architecture governance and operate as a senior Security Design Authority.
• Shape security across SAP transformation, cloud adoption, digital/e-commerce platforms, AI and enterprise technology modernisation.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Digital, Data, Product and SAP teams.
• Provide architectural assurance, technical due diligence and guidance on major technology investments.
• Drive Security by Design, Zero Trust and modern security engineering practices.
• Influence senior executives and technology leaders while balancing business enablement with cyber risk.
• Lead and mature the Enterprise Security Architecture capability across a complex international environment
