Job summary

High Street Resources (HSR) seeks an Enterprise Risk Manager to own the day-to-day disciplines of the group risk framework across FCA, JFSC and ADGM regulated entities. You will ensure risk register integrity, manage the control catalogue, and drive the KRI framework and RCSA cycle with senior stakeholders.

Reporting to CRO with COO as primary stakeholder, you’ll deliver committee-grade reporting and support risk governance across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification (FRM, PRM, IRM, ICA Risk Diploma or equivalent) preferred.
• Six to ten years of progressive experience in operational or enterprise risk management within a regulated financial services environment.
• Direct hands-on experience running an RCSA cycle end-to-end across multiple risk types and business units.
• Strong working knowledge of three-lines-of-defence governance, ERMF design and Second Line risk function operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the group RCSA cycle across all Principal Risk Types.
• Maintain the integrity of the group risk register and risk descriptions.
• Maintain the group control catalogue and Key Control population.
• Design and operate the Key Risk Indicator framework with escalation thresholds.
• Produce risk management information for committees and boards.
• Support maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and procedures.
• Act as Product Owner for risk technology and change deliveries.
• Support the operational risk event lifecycle and remediation tracking.
• Coordinate with FCA, JFSC and ADGM regulated entities.
