Job summary

Das Holding LLC is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to develop, implement, and maintain the company-wide risk management framework in line with ADGM FSRA requirements. Qualifications

• 7–10 years of risk management experience in fintech, crypto, or capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of ADGM FSRA requirements (GEN, COBS, AML/CTF, Sanctions, Cyber Risk).
• Experience with ERM, risk appetite, KRIs, and governance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework, Risk Appetite Statement, risk policies, and governance framework.
• Provide independent risk reporting and strategic risk insights to Senior Management, the Board, and BARC, ensuring alignment with ADGM FSRA requirements.
• Identify, assess, and monitor operational, market, liquidity, treasury, counterparty, and virtual asset risks across exchange, custody, wallet, settlement, and blockchain activities.
• Oversee technology, ICT, cyber, and information security risk assessments, including compliance with the applicable ADGM FSRA Cyber Risk Management Framework.
• Conduct risk assessments for new products, virtual asset listings, staking activities, strategic initiatives, and material business changes.
• Lead operational and fraud incident management, including investigation, root-cause analysis, remediation, escalation, and regulatory reporting.
• Work closely with Compliance and MLRO functions on AML/CTF, sanctions, financial crime, and related risk matters.
• Oversee third-party and vendor risk management, including custodians, liquidity providers, banking partners, and critical ICT service providers.
• Maintain enterprise risk registers, fraud/incident registers, KRIs, and risk dashboards and monitor compliance with approved risk appetite thresholds.
• Support FSRA inspections, internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and statutory reporting.
