The Senior Enterprise Architect is responsible for contributing to the overall design, architecture, and governance of the organization’s IT systems. This role ensures that technology initiatives are aligned with business strategy, digital transformation goals, and enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Application Landscape Management
- Support the continuous updating of the organization’s application landscape.
- Analyze and report on the lifecycle of applications, including upgrades, modernization, and retirement.
- Recommend improvements to enhance performance, reduce redundancy, and optimize cost.
2. IT Architecture Standards & Governance
- Contribute to developing and maintaining enterprise architecture standards, principles, and guidelines.
- Ensure IT initiatives comply with established architecture frameworks.
- Monitor ongoing projects for adherence to architecture and security requirements.
3. Digital Strategy Support
- Assist in defining and driving the organization’s digital strategy and transformation roadmap.
- Identify opportunities for adopting digital solutions that enhance internal processes and customer experience.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure digital initiatives support business goals.
4. Digital Transformation Monitoring
- Track and report progress of digital transformation initiatives.
- Measure impact, performance, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital maturity.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT architecture, enterprise architecture, or digital strategy roles.
- Experience working with enterprise systems, IT governance frameworks, and architecture methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience leading or contributing to digital transformation programs.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud migration and cloud‑based application environments.
- Certifications such as TOGAF, Zachman, or relevant architecture frameworks.
Technical Competencies
