Job summary

SearchPlus HR seeks a Qualified ENT Specialist/Consultant to join a reputable UAE healthcare facility. You will diagnose, manage, and treat ear, nose, throat and head/neck conditions, delivering medical and surgical care aligned with international standards and UAE regulations.

Ideal candidacy requires American Board Certification or equivalent, postgraduate ENT training, and eligibility for UAE licensing. The role offers a competitive salary and visa support.

Qualifications

• Recognized medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent).
• American Board Certification in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, or equivalent international qualification.
• Post-qualification experience as required by the UAE licensing authority.
• Eligibility for Specialist or Consultant classification under DHA/DOH or MOHAP, subject to credential assessment.
• Valid professional registration and Good Standing Certificate, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ENT consultations, clinical examinations, and diagnostic assessments for ear, nose, throat, and head and neck conditions.
• Diagnose and manage ENT disorders including hearing loss, sinusitis, tonsillitis, nasal obstruction, vertigo, voice disorders, and sleep-related breathing conditions.
• Perform ENT surgical procedures such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and endoscopic sinus surgery.
• Evaluate and manage patients with chronic ear disease, nasal and sinus disorders, throat infections, and other otolaryngologic conditions.
• Assess patients with head and neck masses and coordinate investigations, biopsies, and referrals.
• Interpret diagnostic investigations including audiometry, endoscopy, imaging and other tests.
• Provide medical treatment, prescribe medications, and develop individualized management plans.
• Manage ENT emergencies including epistaxis, airway concerns, foreign bodies, and acute infections.
• Provide preoperative assessments, postoperative monitoring, and follow-up care.
