With locations and 800+ people strategically positioned throughout the world, we have worked closely with many sectors for over 50 years to meet measurement, modelling, design, mitigation and regulatory needs.

We are expanding our presence in the Middle East and are seeking an experienced Senior Acoustic Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This strategic role requires a capable individual with strong technical skills who will act as the acoustic lead for our Middle East projects, working closely with our local project manager and wider team.

This position is Full-Time.

Job Description

The role includes but is not limited to :

• Lead the delivery and establishment of acoustic work in the region, supporting projects across building acoustics and environmental noise, with a focus on building strong client relationships and expanding our market footprint.
• Participate in project scoping, proposals, and planning activities.
• Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities and securing new projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
• Collaborate with the local project manager to ensure quality and timely delivery of consulting services.
• Oversee the technical execution of projects, ensuring deliverables meet RWDI’s standards of quality, and are completed on time and within budget.
• Contribute as a key technical team member and engage with clients as needed to understand and fulfill their project needs.
• Be an active part of our growing Middle East / APAC Acoustics team and help enhance our regional capabilities.

Candidates should possess the following qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, physics, or related fields; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Strong interest and demonstrated experience in noise, acoustics, and vibration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
