Job summary

Smart Resourcing International seeks an Engine Department – Supervisor in Sharjah to lead engine and propulsion tasks. You will report to the Implementation Head of Lifeboat Division and plan manpower, inspect engine work, and prepare reports based on project designer confirmations.

Requires a Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering and 5–7 years in automotive or marine engines, with strong verbal and written communication skills. On-site role in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Automotive/ Marine Industry (Engines).
• Excellent Verbal as well as written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Report to Implementation Head- Lifeboat Division.
• Understand the scope of work upon confirmation from Project Designers regarding engines and propulsion systems.
• Appoint workforce depending on job trivialities in liaison with Implementation Head.
• Track examination checklists prepared by engine auto mechanics and prepare examination reports.
• Communicate with engine technicians for information on inspection checklists.
• Read and understand technical manuals; coordinate spares planning and procurement.
