Job summary

ICONNECT IT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS DMCC is seeking a Security Specialist to implement, manage, and support enterprise endpoint and email security solutions. The role focuses on threat detection, security monitoring, incident investigation, policy management, and operational support of security platforms.

The successful candidate will work with security operations teams to investigate threats, improve controls, and protect against phishing, malware, ransomware, and advanced cyber threats.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of cybersecurity operations experience in endpoint or email security.
• Hands-on with Defender for Endpoint, Proofpoint, Trend Micro, or Exchange Online Protection.
• Strong knowledge of phishing analysis, malware investigation, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and support endpoint and email security platforms.
• Investigate security alerts related to phishing, malware, ransomware, and endpoint compromise.
• Configure and tune security policies to improve threat detection.
• Conduct threat analysis, incident investigation, containment, and remediation.
• Collaborate with SOC teams to support security escalations and incident response.
• Monitor security platforms and maintain proper security controls.
• Support security assessments, audits, compliance, and documentation.
