Job summary

Careers International in Dubai is seeking an experienced ELV Estimator to join our IT solutions team. You will estimate costs and resources for ELV systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, structured cabling, and networking within IT infrastructure projects.

You will review drawings, perform take-offs, prepare tenders, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with local regulations while maintaining accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT Infrastructure or related field.
• 3–5 years in estimating ELV systems for IT/infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT solutions and ELV systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Networking).
• Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD or similar estimation/project management software.

Responsibilities

• Review project documentation and IT infrastructure requirements for ELV systems.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates covering materials, labour and equipment.
• Conduct site surveys to gather data for estimates and identify on-site challenges.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractors for quotations.
