Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6 years of pre-sales technical support and solution design experience ideally in ELV CCTV or security systems.
• Strong expertise in IP video surveillance systems, network architecture, and system integration.
• Proficiency in tools such as Visio and AutoCAD for technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience responding to RFPs and RFIs with strong proposal writing skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to assess client needs and infrastructure.
• Translate complex client requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Design integrated physical security solutions centered on CCTV.
• Provide expert guidance on IP surveillance and system integration.
• Lead technical responses to RFPs and RFIs.
