As part of its growth, the company is seeking Senior Electronic Testing Certification and QA Engineer to strengthen its Industrialization & Product Development team.

Job Description : Role Overview :

The Senior Engineer will lead testing, certification, and quality assurance activities for advanced electronic products. You will ensure that hardware and real-time embedded software solutions meet industry standards, certification requirements, and customer expectations, working closely with R&D, industrialization, suppliers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute test plans for hardware and embedded software products
• Define validation & verification processes aligned with certification standards
• Manage compliance with safety, security, and autonomy regulations
• Coordinate with external labs, certification bodies, and industrial partners
• Drive quality assurance processes from prototype to mass production
• Monitor defects, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure full documentation and traceability for regulatory approval

Profile / Requirements :

• Master's degree or BSc in Electronics, Embedded Systems, or related field
• 8+ years in product testing, certification, and QA (HW & real-time embedded SW)
• Strong knowledge of industrial standards (ISO, IEC, DO-178 / 254, or equivalent)
• Experience with compliance testing, validation & certification audits
• Familiar with industrialization & production quality processes
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English
