Senior Electromechanical Engineer – On‑Site Infra

Zusammenfassung

AECOM seeks a seasoned electromechanical engineer to supervise on-site electrical, LV, mechanical, control and instrumentation works. You will ensure compliance with DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence, NFPA, IEC and related codes, review documentation, and lead FAT/SAT and handover for integrated systems such as SCADA, CCTV and ITS devices.

You will coordinate with authorities, resolve interface issues, and support site commissioning and final project handover with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including site supervision on large infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience with LV/EM systems, CCTV/ELV, SCADA, and testing/commissioning.
• Strong familiarity with DEWA and Dubai Civil Defence requirements and NOC processes.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and inspect electromechanical works on-site (electrical, mechanical, control, instrumentation).
• Review shop drawings, method statements, submittals, ITPs and as-built drawings.
• Witness FAT/SAT and oversee commissioning, handover of integrated systems.
• Coordinate with authorities for inspections and approvals; manage interface issues.
• Prepare reports and support variation orders related to electromechanical works.
