Job summary

GULFA MINERAL WATER AND PROCESSING INDUSTRIES - SO is looking for an experienced Electrical Technician to conduct troubleshooting and maintenance of complex electrical systems in Dubai. The role demands a minimum of 10 years in electrical systems, particularly in food and beverage production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical systems.

Job description

Conduct advanced troubleshooting and repair of complex electrical systems to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance. Design and implement electrical systems and modifications according to project requirements while adhering to industry standards. Lead installation projects, coordinating with contractors and other departments for seamless integration and compliance. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electrical equipment using predictive maintenance techniques to enhance reliability.

Experience: Minimum 10 years. Preferred Field: Food and Beverage Industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide electrical maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns for all machines on beverage lines and injection lines.
• Have extensive experience with PLC and classic control systems.
• Plan, estimate, and execute electrical jobs and projects.
• Read and interpret various types of electrical circuits and schematics.
• Lead and direct preventive/predictive maintenance programs to minimize unscheduled downtime and maximize equipment availability, extending equipment life.
• Identify electrical spare parts requirements for all machinery on the production lines.
• Define procedures for maintenance, installation, modification, and repair of electrical systems.
• Provide basic training for machine operators on electrical systems and safety.
• In-depth knowledge of beverage production line machinery, particularly Sidel, KHS, or Krones lines.
