Job summary

Healthy Life Core Facilities Management seeks an Electrician to install, commission, and troubleshoot single- and three-phase electrical systems while maintaining switchboards, MCCs, VFDs, breakers, and lighting networks in industrial and residential settings.

The role requires a certified/licensed electrician or a diploma in electrical engineering with 3+ years across industrial panels, plant automation, and domestic wiring, plus proficiency with multimeters, clamp meters, and megohmmeters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience across industrial panels, plant automation, and domestic wiring.
• Proficiency in electrical test equipment (multimeters, clamp meters, megohmmeters).
• Certified/Licensed Electrician or diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and troubleshoot single-phase (residential) and three-phase (industrial) electrical power systems.
• Maintain switchboards, motor control centers (MCCs), variable frequency drives (VFDs), circuit breakers, and lighting networks.
• Trace wiring faults, read schematic diagrams, and carry out routine safety testing (insulation, continuity, earth-loop).
• Ensure all installations comply with local electrical codes and industrial safety standards (e.g., LOTO procedures).
