Job summary

PPOAR is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer in Sharjah, UAE to design, maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years in the industry.

You will interpret blueprints and schematics and ensure safety compliance. Key responsibilities include designing, testing, installing, inspecting and providing technical support while staying updated with advances in electrical technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the industry.
• Knowledge of electrical technology and engineering principles.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, drawings, etc.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Designing, testing, installing, troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and components.
• Inspecting electrical installations to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Developing specifications for new systems and components.
• Investigating customer complaints related to electrical issues.
• Creating diagrams of existing and proposed wiring systems.
• Providing technical support when required.
• Keeping up to date with advances in technology.
